At Rattano, we want you to love your new furniture. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to return or exchange your order.

30-Day Return Policy
•You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
•Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
•Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Request a Return
1.Contact our customer service team at support@rattanofurniture.co.uk with your order details.
2.We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions for arranging collection.
3.Returns are handled by our courier partner, DX Freight.
Note: A return collection fee may apply unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items
•Please inspect your order upon delivery.
•If your furniture arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
•We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
•Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
•Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exclusions
•Returns outside of the 30-day window may not be accepted.
•Assembled, used, or damaged items (unless faulty) are not eligible for return.
•Clearance or ex-display items are final sale, unless faulty.
