At Rattano Furniture, we strive to make sure your furniture arrives safely, efficiently, and on time. Please review our delivery policy below.

We use DX Delivery, a trusted and reliable courier service, to ensure your order is handled with care from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Orders are shipped via DX Two-Man Delivery (where applicable), ensuring larger items are delivered safely into your home.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking number once your order is on the way.
DX will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time slot.

Please note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of £50 per order, regardless of item size or quantity.
