Cancellation Policy

At Rattano Furniture, we understand that plans can change. We aim to make the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.

  • To cancel, please contact our customer service team by emailing support@rattanofurniture.co.uk or calling us at [insert phone number], quoting your order number.

  • Once your cancellation request is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations (After Dispatch)

If your order has already been dispatched:

  • You may still cancel the order, but it will be treated as a return.

  • You will need to accept delivery of the item and follow our Returns Policy to send it back.

  • Return shipping costs will apply unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are specifically made to your requirements.

  • If you believe there is an error in your custom order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Failed Deliveries or Refusals

  • If delivery is refused without prior cancellation or arrangement, return delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Re-delivery can be arranged, but may incur additional charges.
